I am now offering in-person film mentorships. You will learn everything you want to know about shooting film. The differences in film cameras, types of film, how to meter, how to load the camera, how to shoot, and the entire process of working with a film lab.
You can bring your own camera or you can use one of mine. I will teach you all the basics of film as we load a roll and walk around shooting film together. I will then send off the rolls for you and get them developed and scanned by my favorite film lab, Lonestar Darkroom. A few days later you will receive the scans (jpegs) and I will provide some additional notes on where to improve.

+ 2 hours of education and in-person shooting.
+ Access to my collection of cameras to use during our session. (You can use your own if you'd like!)
+ 2 rolls of film included (One color, one black & white)
+ Custom designed cheat sheets I've created to help you during after our session. Lots of personal insight on the medium and tips I've learned over the years!
+ Developing and scanning included for the roll(s) we shoot.
+ Sessions will take place in Denton, Texas unless previously discussed.
Normally $450, I am offering 2 hour sessions at a discounted rate.
Additional discount available when booking with a friend or referral!
**If you have a referral or want to do the session with a friend it will be discounted. Must book and pay at the same time – Cost will be $300 per person.

Online Sessions
If you are unable to attend an in-person session, live further than my travel radius, or would rather learn online- we can do the education portion online. This will be in the form of a video chat where I walk you though all the steps, you’ll get the mobile cheat sheets, and learn the ins and outs of shooting film plus tons of helpful info. I’ll also help give you feedback on your first roll of film you shoot after the session!
